We did not wait for H.A.C.C.P (originally developed as part of the NASA space programme) as required by the Food Safety (General Regulations) 1995 to become law - we were doing it already. Every product and process that we undertake has been analysed and critical control points established. By using H.A.C.C.P, we’ve stopped the problem before it occurs.
