And it’s not just a question of filling in forms. Standards of excellence have to
be maintained day in and day out. Spot checks are carried out by both internal and
external verifiers.
It’s all worth it. As BBC’s Food and Drink recently reported, ‘you
can’t beat Q Guild butchers for beef.’
And even though our customers keep telling us we’re the best, it is still is not
enough. To ensure that our systems are effective we us an independent laboratory (Lancaster Microbiology) to give us an assessment of
microbiological levels of all our products.
So when we say we are providing our customers with both quality products and services
you don't just have to take our word for it! |
